Absolutely BRILLIANT!! The balance between flute and orchestra is wonderful. Love the embouchure. Such a beautiful tone. My favorite movement, the 2nd was just gorgeous. I love how dances with the music in the 3rd movement. Dynamics are perfection.

Fantastic performance; 1st rate, one of the best flutists we can hear today IMO. I'm very impressed that this was performed from memory; very difficult skill involving this level of music. Outstanding! You have a great future as a successful flutist. I loved working on the Ibert; never got a chance to perform it though.

Matvey Demin is a real talent. I hear beauty of sound, sensibility and these are all ingredients to make a fine interpretation of this masterpiece for flute. The orchestra has many charming colours too and the conducting is clear and, particularly, in the second mouvement really moving. Great!!!

When I played at a hotel bar, some woman commented on my lack of head movement while I was improvising away. She was really satisfied when I played some Chopin with some head movement. I do like how Matvey's body sings with the music though.
