All the concepts have been researched and presented in a very palatable manner with no frills (background music).The speaker also has very clear diction and doesn't make any unnecessary movements. I have a question about the point at 11:00, which states that all the DNA molecules in a cluster are identical because all are copies of the same template strand. How does the system ensure that when the DNA strands are first introduced to the flow cells, you don't get multiple different template strands binding in the same cluster?
