Excellent job. Can you tell me the name/type of flux? What is the hot air temperature when you remove the chip and put back and flow/air speed? Sorry, but I'm a beginner and i have Atten ST- 862D hot air station. Thank you.

Mechanic flux paste sd360 , remove and install time heat 350c , for Reballing time 250c , air 1-2 , I am using kt850a+ smd , different smd different air system, use low air

Sir, mujhe yeh janna hai, jab aap hot air se ic ko remove kar rahe ho to pcb bhi achi shape me boll bani hui reh ja rahi hain, to phir kyun na usi ball par ic wapas rakh de, ic reball karne ka chakkar kya hai???

Pehli baar ye ki , humari jatater videos new student ke liye hoti hain jinko hum ic Reballing sikhate hain , second thing drop down case me ic boll se discount ho jati hai ya fir ball aapas me short ho jaati hain , tab Reballing karte hain , normal dekhne me easa lagta hai jese sab ball ok hain
