Just a note: Towards the end I mention about Health Restore Paste (+50 Health) and how I currently don't use it - I would NOT use it for SMALL caves - though for BIG caves it has come in handy as i did use one of my extra points to take for them bug caves with 10+ worms... so in lower levels try sticking to the small caves or dont go TOO far into big caves :)

Up until the latest update the worms were easy to kill as there was cave elements blocking them. But in the first two caves the field was wide open with nothing to hide behind.

Cave worms advance/move positions. Say you enter a cave and there multiple worms(front,middle and back) kill the ones in the front and exit the cave. Enter the cave again and the middle worms have now moved forward to replace the ones you just killed in the front. Kill the front ones again. Rinse and repeat until no worms spawn in the front.

So I tried this though it doesn't seem to work for me - for example a cave I was trying to clean out had 11 worms and the 4 in the far back never changed position. Feel free to let me know more detail though and I'll give it a shot :)

Just got the game last week. Found my first cave after hours of searching. Immediately inside the entrance I saw six worms all together....

So for the caves - you should use icarusintel dot com - there you'll be able to see the caves and even match the map with the mission you are doing.... takes the stree out of cave hunting (which can be the longest part of the game without hints) 👍
