dude did you ever hear about the Thresher accident. You died at the end because you went past the Permit class submarines test depth and imploded.

He did, but what caused his sub to implode at that depth was the damage he took. Hull damage effectively reduces your sub's crush depth, sometimes it gets even to be less than your sub's test depth (permit/sturgeon being 1350 feet, with a crush depth with no hull damage of around 2200 feet)

not sure if you know this but you actually can deploy little anti-torpedo countermeasures out of the back of the submarine to keep Torpedoes off of you.

Youre a natural at this ive been playing for ages and get minced right away, Explosions underwater are many times more powerful than in the atmosphere btw. Why do you not use any decoys? press shift and D.

At the end your hull was heavily damaged so the crush depth of the sub was lower...you basically imploded. Good video

You don't need to actually surface to pump out flooding. Usually 100 ft or so is good enough. Only if your flooding is bad enough to need to blow ballast do you have no choice but to surface-and then you have to remain on the surface for a few minutes as your high-pressure air banks recharge.

you should have'd fired the MOSS, then sprinted to the location of S3..then drifted to get a clear fix.. Sprint and drift my friend, Sprint to get near, then drift and let your passive sonar do the work..not a submariner, just an avid reader of Submarine tactics, and of Mr. Tom Clancy. by the way, the MOSS is a decoy, use it next time, it's a big help. or you can do a hard turn either way..it's gonna leave a huge sound bubble, then put a noise maker in, then make your escape..upload more videos my friend.. fan here from the philippines.

A ruptured ballast tank cannot be repaired. The sub is good as dead if enough of the tanks are damaged and the sub sinks to crush depth even with the pressure hull undamaged. Hope your last chow was good....LOL.

I know its an old video but you should use knuckling to lose torpedos you turn hard left and hard right and you see a bubble appear behind the sub which confuses a torpedo coming in behind you much like a decoy18.18 and 18.36 you accidently knuckled but youll see the effect for future play.

use your counter measures next time. they had a good fix on you because you were moving a lot to avoid the torpedo's, you were playing their game, and making a lot of noise due to Cavitation..use a noise maker next time or a MOSS then sprint and drift. anyway you have a fan here. upload more videos my friend..
