Back in the day me and my friends made a Mountain Goat deck. They were so common we collected all the copies we could in the area... it was literally 40 Mountain Goats and 20 Mountains. Good times. :o)

That is a spicy Banana! As I recall when Ice Age released both the Jester’s Mask and Deflection were around $10 cards. So for original MSRP, this would have been a good deck.

I started playing when I was a kid with Ice Age, lots of nostalgia. Great production value to the video, congrats! Would just recommend do some homework study in advance on cards distribution and some info about the set's main designer/illustrators, to make it more compelling not to skip through. Great job anyway, keep it up!

I sold some plasma and then went 200 miles out of town to get my first magic starter deck which happened to be an Ice Age starter. Then got caught in a winter storm coming back home,had to pull over and waited the storm out by playing or attempting to play lol.

Btw yeah. It is really sad what happened to magic - all these people making hardcore business out of it. They hoarding and rising prices for everyone. This is why we can’t even buy low value sets like Ice age etc for normal money. Seriously. Most old sets since Ice has just a few expensive cards yet the cost of boosters or starters is astronomical 💀 I should have been buying them 10 years ago. Now I still get nostalgic about old sets from childhood but it’s sadly impossible to buy these sets 😩

@@Slavnana With something like Ice Age you ALWAYS lose... Aliances - Force of will or Lake of the dead or you lose money... (crazy that Lake of the dead Is so expensive now! when I was still playing a bit it was like 15 bucks) 4th edition - same, but how the help is Sylvan library so expensive now, wow, Zombie master??? that was "shite" card since release an even 10 years ago. 5th even worse... You lose every time unless you get Mana vault.... which is funny as it was super cheap for decades...
