I own the 400 and bought the 500. The 500 was delivered a few weeks ago. Leaky spout - very disappointed. Sent in a video to their warranty team and still don't have a resolution. I have had to chase them to get my emails responded to and it's been 9 days since my last email was sent - no response. I'm very disappointed in the product and the (lack of) customer support.

Mine came with tons of sharp edges and shell punctured and gouged. I’ll be happy to show anyone looking to buy one since IB has no number and has yet to get back to me.

@@RT-qz5ci they did, however, 20 days later still no tracking number on new one as promised about 2 weeks ago. I asked to get the old one picked up, as they want it back and it’s sitting in my living room boxed. They said they would schedule pick up, absolutely no communication I mean NOTHING. Seems as they have 1 person working customer service who “was out of the office” was the reasoning for 5 days of no communication. I will publish and make a video about my experience. I regular consumer video not one of these KZbinrs who they send free stuff to to sell their product. So far 👎🏼 absolutely awful experience.

You know what I did because I wanted to get into cold plunge instead of paying these MENTAL prices for a plastic tub. I went to B&Q (home depo in the USA) and asked for a bucket trolley that they use on construction sites for moving large amounts of rubble and slate around. Took the wheels off. They cost about £80.

"It's sturdy, it supports my body weight!" So your saying it is at least as sturdy as a plastic lawn chair? :D BTW, ice baths reduce soreness, but it slows down recovery. If you are training normally I would avoid using them, but they can be useful if you want to avoid soreness before an important event or if you know you will be super sore and are willing to make the tradeoff.

I have to say I would never purchase this product because I’m sorry the price is absurd…… no insulation, no chiller, and the 400 and the 300 are both the same price…. Like I’m sorry whoever is in charge of pricing is a scumbag of a person point blank period…. Screw ice barrel…
