One of the few tracks that were actually arranged/remixed,respecting the original work instead of being "persona-fied",just because meguro wanted it to sound more like p3 onwards. Also Kenichi were always one of the very best composers atlus has. RIP Hidehito Aoki.

Kenichi Tsuchiya also did a remix of Deja Vu, a song from Majin Tensei 2, and put it in the PS1 version of Shin Megami Tensei: If... back in 2002. He did the same thing for the special soundtrack of Devil Survivor 2.

I like a lot of the psp songs honestly, they are (for the most part) really good. I like both soundtracks a lot, because they both somehow fit the mood of the game.

I reeeally wish every track on the PSP soundtrack was a remix of the original like this is, instead of being replaced or removed. And of course, have the option to just listen to the original as well.

I would’ve much preferred they went the Persona 2 route and just remixed the original music and gave the option to toggle between the two. I actually really like the remixes of Hypnos Tower, Deva Yuga, and this one.

This track is definitely excellent, sounding like a more "modernized" version of the original Ice Castle. Love the way it keeps the bopping beat and piano from the original song. Although I am mixed on the guitar. With it basically serving as a replacement for the percussion, the guitar can come off semi-grating sometimes. I love the way the original composition saves all the intensity for the last section. It comes off more satisfying. Still though, this is an incredibly good arrangement.

@@justaguy3983 Just saw the comments: I'm already not a big fan of how loud and simple the piano is, but throw in the weird echo/repetition thing into the mix and it goes from simply being something I don't like into something that legitimately hurts my ears (No hyperbole here, I genuinely can't stand this part of the song.)
