Persist with your cold shower and sure enough, you be able to do this.
The cold can help you feel alive, kick starts your metabolism and immune system.
If you are feeling sluggish start with cold showers, 10 seconds is a good starting point, build up from there.
I'd been having cold showers for around 2 years at the time of filming. There is a big difference between cold showers and ice-cold water, be careful and make sure you don't push yourself too much, have someone that is competent with first aid at hand.
Exposure like this can cause hyperthermia, so take precautions to stay safe.
