Friends, aaj se hum ice cream class start kar rahe , aaj hai Day-1 hum banayege Butter sctoch ice cream 100% soft & creamy professional tarike se ice cream aap ghar par bahot hi easy tarike se bana sakte hain.
Ingredients-
1+1/4 Cup Whip cream
1 Cup Milk (Full fat)
1/4 Cup powder sugar
1/4 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup milk powder
1 tsp butterscotch essence
1 tbsp corn flour
Yellow food colour 2-3 drops (Optional)
For caramel
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Ghee/butter
1/4 Cup Cashewnuts (Kaju)
