I didn't know dry milk changed, I usually get the Carnation type, and it still doesn't taste that good, I guess i should try a better brand. I love the dry buttermilk to have on hand for recipes. I love you video's, I see you have some new ones, I'm glad. Thank You.

Can you not get full-cream powdered milk, or is that only available in New Zealand? With full-cream milk you would not need that "edible oil" product.

sista you full of it heres a easyer way, mix water an powder milk, add splender for sugar, add your mix together now in another bowl mix same water and powdered milk to make two cups, now use it to make whipping cream so whip it tillkt becomes fluffy, then mix in with the condense milk you just made withe the whip cream, also in your mixture I no like your icecream to come hard, add now listen add liquor to it since liquor wont freeze it will keep your ice cream mice and smooth and easy to scoop out, I make vanilla icecream and I use burbon whiskey in the mix real good tasting, but I advise you dont make it this way if you going make bars or pop cyciles, too soft will ne hard ti get out of the mold. lol enjoy
@hawaiib89 жыл бұрын
I just use 1 table spoon of burbon you can use 2 if you want but I prefer 1, now 2 cups of homemade condense milk and 2 table spoon ot vanilla, mix in your 2 cups of whipping cream you just made, mix together chill over night enjoy, aloha from the island of oahu hawaii 96782

Too hard to understand your recipe.....also, there's a difference between condensed milk, which has tons and tons of sgar in it, and evaporated milk, which is not sweetened.

She showed the whole process! She was clear from the very beginning that there were 5 or so things needed to make the ice cream. #1 is the book. I've watched several of her videos and they are very informative -- even if I opt not to buy the book. Everyone is free to devise their own recipe.
