I would say it's probably kind of cream horn or cream rolls. But instead of vanilla or chocolate whipped cream filling they are using ice cream filling. Also puff pastry sheet used for baking and rolling shape pin is exact same as the cream roll ones.

Yes I have tired this in Prague it's called Chimney roll or Trdelník. I tired cinnamon roll with chocolate it was amazing it's there street food. Here in bangalore also it's there we get In spicy as well as sweet flavour ingredient.
