13:10 I'm not a fan of ice fishing but I do have an underwater camera. I use it during the summer off of docks, floating bridges, drop offs or wherever there's deep water. Bluegills and Bass do the exact same thing. They look at the camera. This is the first time I've ever seen a Pike do that!
