I live in Texas so ice fishing really doesn't appeal to me that much. What does appeal to me is-family. I am 51 now, but I can still remember going fishing with my dad. That is a memory that little man will keep forever. Love seeing that.

When I was young, my friends had a fish cleaning shack and we used to go out on the lake and pull in dozens of pan fish and then spend an hour laughing and scaling blue gills, perch and pumpkinseed. They were excellent pan fried over a fire while telling scary stories!! 😊

I really enjoy all of your videos, I started out finding your magnet fishing uploads but as I've been going through your collection ive enjoyed every single video so far, fishing, restoration, reaction videos (even tho I saw you were getting a lot of nasty comments, I'm sorry people are such a double edged sword). You are greatful they support the channel but they can also just be the absolute worst sometimes. Anyways, don't put too much weight on the negative people, do what makes YOU happy. Content creators definitely get burnout if they aren't doing what they love and its never a bad thing to expand your content or try something new 🙃. I especially enjoy the videos of you and your son. I don't say this lightly but you are honestly one of the best fathers I've ever seen, you were clearly meant to be a dad. You are so patient with him and speak to him like he's your best friend. You always show how excited you are for him and are so supportive of him, its beautiful to watch. He is going to grow up with incredible memories, not only of the things you did together but showed him how to be an incredible man, loving, supportive, fun, patient and someone to truly look up to. What is a bluegill? I live in Alaska and the only freshwater fish I know how to catch are 5 different Salmon species and rainbow trout. You take me out to the ocean south of Seward though, and I can bring up a halibut that make your mouth water
