theprinceofgaming1 I had gotten an email late June saying that the final shipping update was going to be the week of June 6th well it’s that week it’s Thursday i still haven’t received any shipping information whatsoever and I’m pissed. Why make more merch and take people’s money and not give it to them it’s fucked up. I love this band and want to support them but I can’t do that when they ain’t even got their merch department in check

Major companies like Amazon are having problems shipping products out (Their "2 Day prime shipping" no longer exists because of it), so a band is surely going to have issues as well. Be patient.

Vandarius yes I’m aware there is a pandemic but even amazon gets their job done. I’m doing my best to stay patient and give em the benefit of the doubt but I know for a fact I’m not the only one who has dealt with this sort of issue. This has been something that even my friends and for a fact other fans have dealt with before the pandemic even began. I loved this band and want to continue to support them but how am I supposed to do that whenever whatever I order from them doesn’t even show up till many months later.
