CORRECTION: It wasn’t spencer doing the voice, it was one of his friends’ friends who is german apparently. He said on his livestream

The guy doing the vocals is a special effects guy who has a German accent and does acting on the side. He was introduced to spencer and used him for the song since the guy sounds similar to the killer in the movie hostel

Americans anytime they hear metal in German: ah Rammstein Other German metal vocalists: Sind wir ein Witz für dich? The German vocals were actually done by a specialfx artist. He is friends with the person (Casey- I think) who had done makeup for the Silver Scream tour. He got the part because of his deep voice and, if I remember correctly, he knew German also.
