👏👏👏👏 thank you for taking your time to share and build our time with the children and youth, I will definitely be doing these icebreakers and I can see them overtaking the official games especially the candy one 😅😅 I don't remember the name, it's always a blessing listening to you both 💖💖 Awkward date - first date we went to a restaurant and the seats were like unstable i think that was the style of it and on top of that I ordered spaghetti 🤦 I was nervous it was my first time going out alone and in this place, I didn't know how to eat my spaghetti without pulling it with sound 😅😅 and then the seats were not helping so that was it first and last until I met my husband 💕💕

Spaghetti is definitely one of those dinners that should be done when you are very comfortable with the person you are with because it's not exactly the "cleanest" food to eat. There's always a random drop of sauce that will end up on me....yesterday, both of us had spaghetti and both of us ended up with sauce on our shirts 🙈

With the human pretzel 🥨, I've used that when the kids started trying to spray water on me at camp while we hit the beach. Trying to "prank" me because I wasn't swimming. 😆 So after getting back to the campsite, I had them play a couple rounds of human knot and then on the last one, as they got all tangled I said start and grabbed a pail of water and doused them all at once with cold water 💦. They thought it was hilarious 😂

I'm a retired pastor who is now doing youth in the church I planted. (I'm 74 haha) When I was a youth pastor (before you were born) We used to do the Man/Ape/Gun game differently. The kids will love it. It is Superman/Lois Lane/Kryptonite. For Superman you flex your bicepts with your arms up. For Lois Lane you put one hand on your hip and the other behind your head and act like a model. For Kryptonite you stick both hands pointing to your opponent and wiggle your fingers. Superman beats Lois Lane/ Lois Lane beats Kryptonite/ and Kryptonite beats Superman. The kids love it

My most awkward first date: We went to a restaurant and I started to not feel good mainly because I was nervous. We left to go to our movie and I told her oh one second just go to the car and I'll be right back. I start to walk back to the restaurant and then puke into the trashcan. She did not go to the car she was looking right at me as I puked into a trashcan... Luckily enough she married me 5 years later.
