1 question how does it not be water down when u pour hot espresso and warm milk into ice. Would like to know

When u pour the espresso onto the icecubes ofcourse the ice will melt hence making the espreso dilute and cold. The with the milk i just stretch it for 2-3secs to get the floath but not to make it warm or hot.

It's not weird my dia. Everyone has his/her own preference drinks cause me I love cortado, cold brew, chemex an Irish coffee mocktail but still I drink all coffee beverages

When you make iced cappuccino is supposed to be cold milk then you put foam on top of that.

Being a barista is all about creativity and remember not everyone can access cold froathed milk. I dint steam the milk to a high hot temperature but to steam it I just needed froath for just 5secs stretch. But all can work. Recipes are not permanent but creativity to reach the goal

Bro why do you have to steam the milk? This is cold cappuccino Is it proper to steam the milk when making cold cappuccino?

I stretch the milk to get the floath the i can use as a top up on my beverage remember a cappuccino has a ratio of 1:1:1 which is espresso milk n floath wether hot or cold. So i don't steam to make it hot but stretch it to get floath like 3secs
