Remember when pop artists were not 12 years old, could actually sing and play their instruments? Today's pop stars could never even come close to the level of talent bands like this had! Even if you were more of a metal/hard rock fan (as I was), you still could appreciate this music, even if you didn't tell your friends at that time, lol. The appreciation of this music has only grown on me as time goes by. Great song by a great band! Wish some things were still the same.

The 1st time I heard this song in 87, I was 8 and it instantly became my favourite. Now my 2yr old loves this song and listens to it everyday........ To this day ‘electric blue’ is still my fucking favourite song of all time.

I love this song & music video. This song always reminds me of The Playboy Channel. When I was a kid, I would sometime sneak into my parent room when they weren't there because they had the playboy channel, wow!. To make a long story short, playboy would often play music for upcoming movies, clips or models posing nude. When they play music, this song I vividly remember playing for a upcoming hot movie or nude model pose. The girl in this video is so beautiful & blue is my favorite color :) ♥
