Thank you for sharing your list, especially what you didn’t use! And the tip on bringing snacks with me, wasn’t sure how much I should bring. Now I have a better idea. Very helpful! I’m going to Iceland in a couple weeks. Sooo excited!

Thanking you for your tips in regarding Iceland, very informative, I will be leaving for Iceland on June 01st, I am hoping that the weather would be warmer than the weather you had during the month of April... I will surely bring along a rain coat, thanks bunches.

Yes! Ive learned quite a bit from my own mistakes too! The thing about water bottles. I learned that Edinburgh Airport (our destination) had no water fountains...anywhere! Brought a water bottle for kind of no reason 😐 And b/c it was a larger bottle, filling it up in the sinks in hotels was way harder. I ended up buying a lot of bottled waters along our roadtrip *sigh*. Also, plastic utinsels were hard to come by when grabing a snack at a local grocery store. I think it's awesome they minimize waste....but buying silverware from the home section just to eat yogurt on the go...was a bit awkward. Next time, I'll bring a very small water bottle and some camping utinsels! Def learning 🤔

You bought bottled water, so you had a bottle. What the point in continuing.

Wow! Offhand, I would say that was TOO much clothing. Seven days? I was restricted to 50 pounds for my checked bag. I did NOT want to pay an overage fee.
@KarolinasKrafts6 жыл бұрын
mine wasn't over 50 lbs! just be mindful that it was really cold when i went and i wore 4 layers of clothes to stay warm!

I'm really interested in the quick drying towel with the waterproof bag. I clicked the Amazon link you left in the description box but I couldn't find one with a waterproof bag. Can you please let me know the exact one you bought?

Sounds like a lot of work for a vacation lol I am going in October by myself. I hope i don't regret it. I have Crohn's so it's a little scary. When i need to go to the bathroom, i have about 2 minutes before things can get ugly.

What DSLR camera did you take with you? I am going in November and am very into my photography.
@KarolinasKrafts7 жыл бұрын
12Chazzy101 I took my canon t4i and it was amazing but I do also recommend bringing a waterproof camera like the GoPro. There's some waterfalls that are so beautiful but you won't want to get close with a dslr because there will be water everywhere. The weather is also unpredictable so make sure to bring both !
