Nice, it appears you achieved most goals you planned for. As a four time Iceland traveller, I also highly recommend the golden circle tour which can be done in one day. When doing this by rental car, take road 435 to the Nesjavellir viewing point and explore the geothermal features behind the Nesjavellir geothermal power plant, then continue on the Golden circle tour

Prachtige video Roy.

Completely successful film, a hidden gem while a under the radar video. One critic I do have is that the music is a bit to high pitched. A couple of times it was jarring to listen along. I'm sure you've made adjustments to your most recent videos since this is the first I've seen of your eloquent work.

@RoyzNL Жыл бұрын
As far as I know u can fly everywhere without a sign and the standard rules apply; don’t fly over crowds, don’t fly above 120m, keep the drone in sight etc

Even in one month it is impossible to see everything in Iceland.
@gunnarsteinseifer1267 Жыл бұрын
Very nice travel report, but unfortunately many photos were taken with drones, even though flying drones is prohibited in these places. In Iceland, the flying of drones has been severely restricted in order to reduce the nuisance caused by the drones. I find it very strange that every tourist claims an exception to the ban. The noise of the drones bothers me. In recent years in Iceland I have seen how more and more nature is being taken over by tourists. Nowadays there have to be prohibition signs everywhere because otherwise visitors won't be able to behave. I also come as a tourist and visitor, but I try to respect the nature and people of Iceland. This also includes accepting the bans.
