I don’t have the time or effort to check this myself as it is currently midnight where I live, but I think the joke with Synthetic Fiber was that the only rule Keke knew was to put all the squares on tiles. You might have literally JUST had to put all the squares on tiles and not actually go through the effort of solving it. Again though, this is untested.

36:20 that is the only configuration of flower facing directions that makes the puzzle solvable. Once you figure out where to place the conjoined +, you know the direction of 3 flowers. Because they must face that way to see the conjoined +.

Because of this, both of those flowers' sparkles moved right. Because of this, the only other place in the "intersection grid" you made before was where you put the last flower.

btw for the cross-pollination things it’s because the flowers only shoot emissions one way and you need to put the cross where the emissions intersect. Some of the flowers shoot emissions in the way where they will never intersect.
