Being able to see the full finish is SO helpful! Neat they’ve included some of the pump track. Can’t wait to ride it!

Thanks so much! Certainly is a different ending this year. (As always ;0)) Appreciated. I'm gonna have to ride that one a couple times Friday.

Another shameful finish design. Terrible opportunities to pass and hairpin turns at end possibly causing backups and crashes. And year after year no chance of sprint finishes for anyone. They need to stop letting the children of whoever runs the race design it. I understand getting them involved, but 5-10 year old's can't make these decisions. I shouldn't assume this is what happened, but it's the logical guess.

It would be nice to be able to open it up at the end, although I'm not sure if I ever really have enough left in the tank to do so. Those tight turns do slow things down quite a bit. I do love the race, the energy, and the atmosphere.

Agreed. Confusing. Finish order is essentially set on Woodchip. Hairpin and sharp corners right at the end to rob speed in a handful of spots is also a confusing choice, final corner especially (when you have pros wiping out, it’s not them it’s you).

The Iceman Steve Brown designs the finish. No children are involved.
