There was a special time in my life that Deer Lake was the symbolic center of my universe. I never got to visit this magical place, however,so I send a special thanks to you, Ice, for this wonderful tour. The comments and insights -- coming from someone like yourself, who truly loved and appreciated Muhammad-- added so much. Thank You!

I visited this training camp in 1971 with my family. MA was there and they gave out a photo of him that I still have. We waited three hours for him to come out and sign the photograph, but he never came out and never signed the photo.

Well to be fair...you saw the best parts...the gym is different than when Ali was there...and there is no ring...you definitely saw the best parts..the boulders, the signs, the fire pit, the cabins..

I would say to be realistic, u would be trespassing if you were to just walk in...you can look around the grounds but I would hope for someone to be there to show you what u want to see...look for George Dilman online, he is the guy who you woul dneed to contact
