The TAD intercepts are great jeans with great edc features and a reinforced pocket for knife carry. Only thing is they are expensive. I thing Ill try a pair of these out and see how they compare. for $40 might as well try em out.

I have the TAD Covert RS pants. I was a little reluctant to pay that much for pants. I've had them over a year and wear them constantly. They still look new. I guess you get what you pay for, but these pants have taken a beating. Currently my go to pants. These Condor Cipher's look pretty comfortable though. Think I'm gonna have to get a pair.

The pants remind me of the Prana Zion line, but reinforced and stretchy on the waistline. If they made a less tactical version, I'd probably give them a try. I'm willing to give up a zippered pocket, if they can legitimately pass for casual wear.

Chad_83 believe me they can. I wear them to work and no one notices or knows they aren't normal slacks. I could do without the zippered pocket also.

wish you would have tucked in the shirt wiyh the slacks that way get a better since how they would look like in a business environment but I do like the jeans

Two questions: 1. How deep is the coin pocket up front on the jeans? 2. How wide is the leg opening from seam to seam? I tend to prefer a little on the bootcut side just because I wear boots every day for work.

Jim Taylor the coin pocket isn’t very deep. The leg is wider so they would be good for boots. I prefer the 5.11 flex defender jean though.

How deep are the front pockets, are they deep enough to swallow an iPhone 7 vertically? I like the side pockets and the zippered pocket. I carry a fair amount of stuff on me at my job(fabricator for a defense contractor).
