Actually the trick on how the "Boss" do it is.let say u are a right handed,then ur left hand is use to spread the roti.your right hand is use to pick up the roti and ur left hand is use to spread the roti as gentle as u can.It is not throwing it instead like push them gently... If you come to Malaysia again, I'm happy to assist and teach you guys on how to "Tebar Roti Canai"..

Why didn't you use kitchen foil instead of smearing the oil directly on the table..it's more hygienic and you can bin it after using it - saves you wiping the table later which is hardwork because the table is so greasy Btw, you can start your own business and open a small restaurant in Malaysia selling Japanese homecooked dishes & Malaysian dishes you learned to cook over the years..I'm sure there are lots of Ichang & Jimmy fans here who will be regular customers 😍
