I think I get it.... similar to the bravery system in some square enix game, there's no traditional healthbar or rounds, you can basically keep fighting forever, but once you deal enough damage you can perform a super attack to advance the battle

@@dizzyheads I don't think they do, it seems like you need to deal enough damage in order to proceed to the next phaze, they are more lock a SSB Stock System in this regard, if you're skilled enough to avoid the final blow, you can keep fighting forever, like in Dissidia, even if you have basically 0 HP

GodDAMN this looks more solid than I anticipated, even as an arena fighter this looks like a fighting game that has the right amount of balance and depth to satisfy fans of the series and competitive anime fg players alike, although I'm curious if this is local multiplayer or against the CPU, because if unlike Sparking Zero the local multiplayer isn't locked to one stage, that's already a big plus for me, and the music is AMAZING! Keeping an eye on this one.

Looks really solid tbh. Presentation is on point in terms of style and animation, and the music is good too. Striking animations look fluid and like they have some weight behind them. Very interested in each character's mechanics, as it's really cool to see Yoruichi evading stuff left and right. My only critique is that it seems combos go the Naruto Storm route and are either one button or very linear. That wouldn't be a deal breaker for me personally, but it would be a bit of a let-down.
