Policy bechte ho claim nahi dete i m your client from last 13 yers have 16 accounts with you including current accounts have many insurance policies but my suggestion is to all who is planning to buy ICICI health policy please avoid ICICI they don’t pass claims for genuine clients also this is my personal experience and they don’t reply also only they sale policy

One more thing want to share I have my account in nikol branch Ahmedabad you can talk with manager for more details managers don’t have any reply from one year they only say rejected by our bank when I have 5 lack claim policy and genuine 65000 claimed first time in 3 years

Video acha hai lekin policy ghatia hai kyunki ismein jitne bhi hospital listed hai vo hamare ghar se minimum 18km door hai agar patient ko achanak kuch hojata hai to vo pas ke hospital mein jayega ya 18km door ke hospital mein jayega listed hospitals bhi ghatia hospitals hai agar aapko jaana hai to aap inka app download karey aur pincode daliye aapko pata chal jayega

please don't buy icici Lombard health insurance. I have a very bad experience with this policy. Worst insurance company. Also Service is worst. Not proper claim disposal also reduces the quantum of claim. Don't buy it.

Sir m angiography krwane gya thha Day Care me then mera 3 blockage diagnose hua to day care se IP (Inpatient) me convert hua 3 days ho chuke h general ward me maine ek din angioplasty k approval ka wait kiya or ek din hospital ne delay kiya emergency cases ko pehle krke ,so angioplasty kal se hoga and package kal se start hoga toh mere questions h : 1. 3 Days General ward ka claim milega ya nahi? 2. Consumables or Tests ka claim milega ya nahi? 3. Process ka name cashless h toh at the time of discharge paise company degi and remaining amount hame dena h nah?

Kuch nhi milega… claim reject hojayaga insufficient information bolke aur apko reimbursement ke lia apply karne bolo jayaga…uske baat 3 kuch na kuch puck ke 3-6 mahina laga dia jayaga.. agar apne kuch information miss kar di toh rejected bolenga nhi toh 20-30% claim deke settlement kara denge
