The UK submission is disingenuous, it maintains that both parties Israel/Palestine must arrive at a negotiated mutually agreed solution; however, in the Knesset Israel has restated that in no circumstance will it ever consider the formation of a Palestinian State side by side with Israel in Palestinian ancestral homelands, so with this massive obstacle to the only solution that is ever going to work, what’s the point of a so-called negotiated solution between the two parties. As usual the UK wants to kick the ball into the long grass in the hope that the negotiations will go on forever, whilst maintaining it really wants a 2-state solution. Israel will never be called up to negotiate honestly, and as long as the US and UK keep financing the Apartheid state, it never will. The ICJ will NOT prejudice the current negotiations but their opinion will hugely help in expediting and arriving at a solution but, again, Israel doesn't want 2-States, so it must be imposed.

He wants to impose a buffer zone; he wants to maintain military control over Gaza both overground and underground. Netanyahu knows the international community will never agree or sanction this, but he's just trying to buy time and make it look as though he's being malleable, when he's doing the exact opposite; also where's the re-evacuation plan for Rafah. The international community must stand firm - a 2-State solution as defined by resolution 181, within the 1967 Borders. A Palestinian state linking Gaza and the West Bank, self-governing, autonomous with an airport, seaport and functional civil service; able to trade internationally with the rest of the world like every other country.
