ICJP says it intends to prosecute UK government officials for complicity in war crimes in Gaza

The International Centre of Justice for Palestinians (ICJP) has written a warning to UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak that it intends to prosecute UK government officials for complicity in war crimes in Gaza.
ICJP co-director Crispin Blunt spoke to Sky News on Saturday morning to discuss the warning.

At the same time, evacuation notices were sent to the residents by phone, and there is an official announcement by the IDF spokesman in Arabic from 07:17 this morning. As an international law graduate I question the credibility of international law in western countries. The only people who are purposely killed by Israel are those committing terrorism, unlike the Palestinians, who deliberately kill as many innocent Israeli citizens as possible because of the Palestinian's Pay to Slay scheme. Leaflets were dropped with the warning, "to the residents, the actions of the terrorist organisation Hamas pushed the IDF forces to act against the terrorist organisation Hamas in the areas where you live. For your safety, you must evacuate your homes immediately. The IDF is not interested in harming you or your family members. Anyone who is near Hamas terrorists or terrorist facilities will put their lives in danger." Other messages stated, “the Hamas terrorist organisation waged a war against the State of Israel and Gaza City is an area where military operations take place. This evacuation is for your own safety. You will be able to return to Gaza City only when another announcement permitting it is made. Do not approach the area of the security fence with the State of Israel.” Hamas is trying to prevent the evacuation by saying it is false. It prefers the civilian population to remain in place and serve as human shields.

Now I suppose you are next going to state that because Jews lived in Egypt but later were enslaved by the Pharoah and escaped in the mass exodus of that time under Prophet Moses peace be upon him, that the Jews now have right to the land of Egypt ?! 🙄

The problem goes back to the creation of Israel, it was ILLEGALLY created in 1948 by occupying the land and expelling 700,000 Palestinians from their own land. This is what the people don't get, this is something that I didn't understand until I studied the issue. The Palestinians DID NOT agree to have their land taken from them in 1948. Let's forget all of this for a moment and let me tell you a short story. Jonathan was a cunning businessman who used to lend money to people and used to get high interests in return. That's was his day job which everyone knew about. Everyone respected Jonathan as a wealthy businessman and an honorable member of the society. But there was another side of him which no one else was aware of. He used to steal from the poor at night! That's unbelievable but true. Jonathan was extremely greedy and had a never ending desire of wealth. Every night he used to go to the poorer side of the city and and streets so that he can find his victims and steal from them. He even stole from the beggars. After living this dual life for many years Jonathan became to old and weak. So he finally decided to retire and enjoy all the wealth he has accumulated all these years. Little did he knew, there was a poor old lady who knew about the real face of Jonathan and keep an eye on him all these years. She knew everything about Jonathan and still never dared to talk against him. Because Jonathan was too powerful and the village leaders were his friends. In the society he was a respected wealthy gentleman. She thought nobody would believe her. The old lady was very sick and was about to die. So she decided to reveal this secret to her son who was young and strong. After listening to her and the reality of Jonathan's wealth, the young man became very angry. He gathered some of his friends and told them everything he learned from his mother. Everyone was very angry after knowing the truth. So the group decided to raid Jonathan's mansion and take back everything that's theirs. One night they stormed his house and started stealing everything they have their hands on. But they were making too much noise so Jonathan woke up and saw them stealing at his home. He fired a few shots at them and everyone became scared and they ran away. Next morning, Jonathan was very angry and he felt humiliated. How dare those poor bustards steal from him? The honorable gentleman went to the police and called all his friends who were also powerful leaders and honorable gentleman like him. After hearing from Jonathan about the massacre at night, They decided to raid the slums and eradicate theft from the face of the earth. They hoped for a world without crime. Very peaceful and happy. But the poor people was the root of all evil. For Jonathan and friends, poverty equals crime. And poverty exists in the slums of the city. So to eradicate crime and poverty all together, they decided to burn the whole slum. But Jonathan was also very kind hearted and he cared about all people of the world. So he announced to the people of the slum, "Hey guys, I am giving you five minutes to get to a safe place because we are going to burn down the whole place." After hearing this announcement, women and children started to started to run here and there. But they couldn't decide where to go, there was no safe place for them. Everyone was running and children fell down and people ran over them. The scene was very funny and ridiculous to Jonathan so he and his friends started laughing. After laughing for five minutes straight, they became tired and ordered their men to burn everything then went to grab a drink. From their high rise buildings, they enjoyed the whole fireworks. The cries of the poor sound like music to their ears. Finally there was no one left in the slum and it looked like an empty parking lot. Jonathan and friends were very happy about the results and that they have successfully eradicated crime. They said, "don't even dare to steal from our beloved friend Jonathan!, we all support him, Jonathan have the right to defend himself!"

Have they not been suffering for more than 75 years? I am from Asia so it is predominantly pro Palestine. But that does not mean that I have not done my due diligence on this matter. I tried to understand the Israeli side of it but it is just plain colonialism. If you are truly objective, you can read a book called 'The generals son' by Matti Peled. He is an Israeli and you cannot say that he hasn't lived through it.
