Finally a new video 😍 You are the best iClone KZbinr hands down. Thanks for sharing and I wish you have more coming. Do you have patreon?

Thank you so much! ✌😊 Much appreciated! And thank you for suggesting Patreon, I would like to have one one day. :) So far I am only making a few random tutorials per year, but I have some projects in mind that I can work on and base the tutorials around them. By the way, very cute animations on your channel! I have no idea what they are about 😅, but you clearly put a lot of effort on them!

Out of all Iclone Tutorials, you are making the best ones by far. On top of it you are making it entertaining to watch. Reallusion should hire you 👍

🤗 Thank you Labrats! That's very kind of you! Actually, I've received a lot of moral and technical support from the Reallusion team, which is far more than I ever expected! But because I like doing the tutorials as a hobby and in my free time, I am currently enjoying the creative freedom :) I am really glad to hear you enjoy the videos and find them entertaining! Your tutorials are a pretty unique combination of cute and awesome. Very well done. 🙂 I've also been using Davinci Resolve Studio for quite a while but I don't do much in terms of color grading and adding effects (I prefer to do my effect "in camera" i.e. in 3D not as a post effect). BTW: Happy New Year.
@animashinka2 жыл бұрын
I agree. Especially with the LUTs in Iclone, I find that it's quicker and I can predict the results better. Colour Grading is an art form in itself.
@C4DRS4U2 жыл бұрын
@@animashinka I don't use LUTs (and I don't render in iClone either, so I couldn't use their LUTs even if I wanted to use them); when I was talking about effects, I was referring to things like particles in the air, lens flares, etc. Primarily I use DVR for converting image sequences into video, adding audio plus a little color grading for HDR (and, occasionally, a little denoising on difficult renders). And, yes, color grading is an art form in itself. ;-)
@stuckon3d Жыл бұрын
if your images are coming out washed up (lacking contrast) , it means you are not using the tone mapper feature in iclone. You might want to check that out. cheers.
@animashinka Жыл бұрын
Thank you, I'll research it! :) By the way, the washed up image is before I applied any LUTs in Iclone which include contrast and more saturated colors. Nevertheless, I am always up for finding more ways to make the final renders prettier! ;) Cheers!

Thank you Owen! If you can manage, try to wait until they have a Sale. (It usually happens on Black Friday or around Christmas/New Year). They might have a discount in Summer too, but the bigger ones are towards the end of the year usually. So far, I'm really enjoying the new features in Iclone 8, but the difference with 7 isn't too big yet :)

Hello, how do you animate body and hands?
@animashinka2 жыл бұрын
Good question 🤔 I try different ways, depending on how I feel. Sometimes, I would use a Mocap from Iclone's library or MIXAMO and adjust it to my liking using Key Framing, Cutting and/or adjusting the speed of certain segments, etc. This is how I animated the character in most scenes here. If I can't find a motion capture I like, I just go directly into Keyframing everything (but it takes longer). In other videos I sometimes use the Motion Puppet tool to create a more fluid hand animation, etc.

That render would take 5 min in unreal and look way better. I use it a lot. So easy with unreal export they have. Great vid by the way, very entertaining.
@animashinka2 жыл бұрын
Not surprised at all 🤔 I swear, one day I'll sit down and learn how to do proper renders in UE! Even Iclone's team and tutorials encourage it! 😆 I blame their awesome LUTs pack! For now... Thank you armondtanz!

Say, would you know how to render videos with image laters in iClone? I'm trying to do my video with a fade in and out effect but when I come to render the image doesn't fade, its just black
@animashinka Жыл бұрын
Hmmmm, not sure . I would suggest doing this in a Video Editing Software. Just render your whole animation (with a few extra seconds to spear in the beginning and end), import it to DaVinci and play around with the scene transitioning (including Fade-in and fade-out). :) Iclone is great, but sometimes even the simplest things are complicated when it comes to 3D.
