Uh... I can not access the content. At first, it shows start button in the beginning then I can download bunch of feature after that.But now, it shows restart button and nothing happen after i click it.Even after i close the content window and put it back through window menu option (F4) for short keys. Someone's help?

I installed cc4 and the popup came up for the pack but when clicking download it disappeared and nothing happened. In free resources tab when i click on it it is blank. When i make the default character i can only effect the eyes. No other options. Is there a way to fix this? How do i get the pack. Nothing shows up when clicking on anything in content pack

Hi @Tk-ud2dk, You can with 3rd party tools like Blender or Marvelous Designer. A year later and I LOVE ❤️ Reallusion products. I quit daz3d and blender and now the combo is CC4 and Iclone and Unreal Engine 5.... real time rendering with livelink is sweet!

I didn't click on the "download now" thinking I'll download them later, but now that option is missing and I can't find it anywhere, and all the content tabs are empty

@Isaac Lin nothing happens, it just does something for 10-20seconds, "preparing.." progress bar animations plays, and then nothing happens, all tabs stay empty other things missing are all morph sliders for the body... seems like they need to update a thing or two on this new release

@Isaac Lin I kept refreshing every 15min or so and it eventually started working, must have been a server overload at Reallusion side with yesterday being the launch day

Apparently I did not install the Essential Character Set when I first install CC4 or atleast all of the items. I uninstalled and reinstalled did not get the prompt. How do install this after the fact?

They always have different deals that come and go. I prepaid to get it with some perks last year. Pretty sure you can get it at like %50 off, but I’m not %100 on that. Lol.

Hello I really enjoy your tutorial videos. I have not been able to find a tutorial on using a text to create a voice in CC4. Is this possible? Seems like it should be simple, but I cant find the solution. Please Help

If a warning message saying ""Failed to connect to the local database"" appears in the Smart Content Manager, or if you still cannot download data, please contact customer support: www.reallusion.com/CustomerSupport/User/FAQList.html

Your customer support is absolute trash when it comes to helping paying customers get the smart gallery to work properly. Have been using cc3 and cc4 for over a year and cannot understand how a company so big can have such crap customer service. I have been trying to get a reallusion hair file to load into my smart gallery for a week and have had 5 days worth of customer support telling me to do the same exact thing I have been doing since the beginning. If you guys think insulting the customer intelligence will just make it go away your wrong!

I installed iclon 8, but the Smart Content Manager panel does not open, I did every command and it did not work, iclone8 deleted, I reinstalled it, and it still did not work, I also removed this iclon8, I do not use it, I do not use it, I am sorry for the purchase, you do not use it, everything is full of malfunctions and errors, I do not recommend that you even make money from this software, if iclon9 comes out in the future, Smart Content Manager is integrating Maybe they will remove this add-on and they know that it is wrong.

Idk if you still need help, but click on edit at the top left of the screen then scroll down to the “hotkey manger” click on that and then you can manually change the shortcut key for it to up
