I suffered from anxiety for 15 years until all of a sudden two years ago it became so severe that I was having a panic attack every night. I turned to the Quran and started reading Al-Baqarah every day and praying qiyaam and slowly it started fading away. As of January 2022 I am completely healed from anxiety, depression, ocd, anger, and all mental health illnesses that I didn't even realize I had. I cannot describe how grateful I am that God healed me from this crippling illness. The Quran is super powerful when it comes to healing. Edit: It's now May 2024 and I am still completely healed from anxiety and depression. My life has completely changed. I'm continuing to read Quran every day, and AlBaqarah once every three days.

I just had a panic attack in fact, and I have been desperately trying to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I pray ya Allah to ease us from fear, sadness, and distress for the both of us and all our ummah . InshAllah ya Rabb, ya Rahman, Ya Raheem. Protect us and have mercy upon our souls in this life and the hereafter. Ameen

@@sailorminaa From my experience, anxiety and panic attacks are from mostly from Shaytan, and the cure to that is Quran. I would recommend you do the following for two months every single day and see how things change for you: - Listen to Surat Al Baqarah once a day (if you can read it that's better) - Recite Ayat AlKursi for one whole hour every day with no pauses

I recite this dua all the time but there is another one on hisnul muslim i think it is # 35 .Go to distress and sorrow ,im in love with that dua ,not only it sooths but it even make me forget that i was in bad mood or felt down ,it is just powerful. @Aftab Khan ya ALWAYS FIND THE BENEFITS AND ,EFFECTS BEFORE BUYING ON AMAZON .GO TO YOU TUBE LISTEN TO THESE DR ,THERE IS A LOT TO LEARN or simply put the medecine mane and you will find ,learn about the proper nutrition as well,some you dont need certain medecine simply only must change or adjust your nutrition.I found these drs that stay with on my research.dr berg ,dr axe,dr Barbara O'NEAL, dr mandell and thomas de lauer etc...these are the most i alternate or take a subject and listen to all of them about that same subject .With our religion learning these things get you to be more thankful to ALLAAH for the relief of finding a solution but as well to realise how he blesses human being for the knowledge and just like he said SURA BAQARA ,HE CREATED EVERYTHING FOR HUMANS TO MAKE EASY OUR SURVIVAL ON EARTH ,AND ASK US TO WHATEVER WE USE IT MUST BE HALAAL AND TAYYIB THEN HE COMMEND US TO PRESERVE AND THING ALL OF THE CREATIONS EVEN OUR OWN SELVES. But we are not perfect so we are trying make amend ,to fix to correct and it is achievable only after we admit our wrong and repant.I used cry and pray and dua etc...Fasting is great soooo great .EVEN most of these Drs I tell you they have discover a new method of curing the importance of Fasting they call it INTERMITTED FASTING. I'm 14 years old, lately this year I got lazy, didn't spend much time on my deen and then waswasa happened to me. I was scared, thought Allah was angry on me and that I was about to lose my faith but that was not what I wanted. I lost my appetite and went down in weight, but I stayed strong and had my faith in Allah (swt) and just read my quran, continued praying my prayers and made dua. Alhamdullilah I feel much better now, still scared here and there but there's always one thing I tell myself. *That I am me, and my thoughts are not going to decide how I am going to be as a human being.* I wish the very best to all muslims and may Allah continue to help us all especially during our difficult times, ameen ya rabb. 😊

Depression and anxiety are concomitants of the modern day life. But based on my personal experience I can guarantee you all that if you perform your 5 daily Salahs on right time and with due concentration, Depression and anxiety will never bother you. You may feel anxious or sad at certain times but inshaAllah it will never have a lasting effect on your health. And I am saying it because I have experienced it. You just have to pray with full concentration and pray with conviction at the end of the Salah. Don't worry about the work pressure just concentrate and feed your faith in Allah. @CorazonFeliz8 ай бұрын
I hope that your sadness and anxiety will go away soon.. I am telling you this, perhaps it will alleviate some of your anxiety: Faith is in five pillars. The fourth pillar is to be satisfied with what God has written for you. Try to look at the blessings that you have that you are not deprived of, and another sees them as a dream, and do not compare yourself. With what others have, because you do not know what he misses.. Also, learn patience, for the reward of the patient is great in this world and the afterlife. Perhaps this anxiety or diaspora is a path to your comfort that you are looking for. You also have a fifth pillar, which is to believe in the Last Day. This is a very comforting part. You realize the fact that we are all... We have a day and we will not be in this life a few minutes from now. It makes you look down on all the problems of life. The real problem is our afterlife and what we do in this world. If we adhere to the orders, our problems in this world will be automatically solved. I do not drink alcohol, for example (I preserved my health in this world + I satisfied God and I will be rewarded). I did charity (I made myself happy and solved the problem of others in this world + I satisfied God)... and so on
@CorazonFeliz8 ай бұрын
I ask you to read the Qur’an, even as a form of consolation. You will find in it a lot that intersects with your condition, and a lot of comforting stories and verses that reassure you. Repeating them has an echo in the soul. Also, try ablution and then prayer. We do this five times every day. It is not forced, but rather we found our comfort in it for you to say God is Greater means that (He is greater than the world and what is in it and your worries that have weighed you down and anything you can imagine). Then you read Surah Al-Fatihah, which begins, Praise be to God, and makes you remember all your blessings. For example, after Surah Al-Sharh, in it, God says what it means, so that I do not change the words. I use Google. Translation for you (Indeed, with hardship there is ease) meaning every hardship brings with it the keys to relief. There is no permanent sadness. Look at the brothers in Palestine. What is the thing that motivates them to get up and start their days without their families if they did not realize all of this?

I battled with Negative thoughts and depression for a very long time and your video has pretty much changed my life sister.. You helped cure my depression through the will of Allah...I took note of the 5 tips you recommended and I started my salah...I seen a massive difference In how I felt...My anxiety subsided even without me knowing and I slowly felt like the negative things I thought about were no longer there, alhamdulillah... We sometimes doubt If these feelings would ever go..But they do...I was at the point of feeling suicidal, at the point where the smallest task seemed a burden on me and In just one sujood, In one salah I noticed a difference In how I felt...I took this as a blessing from Allah because sometimes our depression, our anxiety, can be a blessing from Allah...maybe this whole time I failed to recognise that It was my Soul that was hungry and this entire time I tried to make my body happy...If you want Inner peace pray to Allah because he will definitely respond to his believers.

@Thana' Marabeh My age now is 24 and Ahamulia I'm still off Facebook. My experience was at school I was bullied my whole life, the teacher's did nothing so I decided to finally talk back to the bullies they couldn't insult me back so they decided to have a fist fight with me, Wallahi. So afterwards they went off to college and I was in six form. I used Facebook and I saw random pictures of them having fun and partying. I saw other photos of other students who got really high grades. All of this made me feel terrible, i thought if only the teachers stopped the bullying in the first place I would be able to concentrate on my schoolwork. I got off Facebook, go to a lovely college with cool friends and we don't compare each other's grades or life 😎

So I started to listen to different sheikhs who talked about depression and anxiety. They gave good tips which pushed me to try them. I started to read the Quran every chance that I got. I started praying more salats, more than the 5 daily salats. I listened to the recitations of the Quran. I made dua to Allah to make my sadness go away. Little by little my sadness went away and I started to feel happiness. Alhamdulillah, my sadness went away and today I am closer to Allah then ever before.

uran riwaya of Hafs 2:184 how many poor people must you feed after missing a fast? Answer: 1. According to Warsh 2:184 how many poor people must you feed after missing a fast? Answer 3 or more. Hafs Quran in 2:10 it says that Muslims get condemned to hell for lying and in the Warsh Quran the same passage says they get condemned to hell for being LIED TO He "said" (qaala), "My lord knows ..." (21:4) Hafs verses Warsh "Say" (qul): My lord knows ... Hafs version qaala is the perfect tense and therefore Muhammad is the subject of the verb, but in the Warsh version qul is the imperative and therefore the subject is God who is commanding Muhammad/Muslims. This difference is repeated in 21:112. Example of new ruling of Fiqh due to change in grammatical position of a word: Top one is Qiraat Hafs and the bottom is Qiraat Duri. In Hafs Recitation, Arjulakum (being mansub) is linked to washing, while in Duri recitation, Arjulikum (being Majrur) is linked to wiping. Thus, we get two fiqh rulings from the two recitations i.e.: 1. Feet are to be washed in wudu. 2. Feet are to be wiped. According to Koran 37:12 (Hafs Version) - “ But you (Mohamed) wonder, while they mock” Koran. 37:12 (Al- Doori version) - “But I(Al lah) wonder, while they mock”

Best to not waste life doing the meaningless activities and rituals of a *laughable forced butt-ups religious myth* or any other religious myth. My physical therapist friend said there are various exercises which often help with chronic back pain. Consult a physical therapist, not religious myth-believers. Rituals are the _acts_ of religious myths. Naturally, the religious myth of HIslam copies other religious myths.

Lesser-thinkers gulliblenough to believe the *laughable forced butt-ups myth of HIslam* or other religious myth claim that Allah does not burden us with more than we can handle. Absolutely untrue, but religious myth-believers like to pretend amd make statements.

faizul azim It would be so nice if depression was cured just by praying. If depression is banished so easily, then it is not true depression.
@faizulazim29064 жыл бұрын
@@hamrunizspar1/ I experienced depression. I faced some major problems. I thought a lot about dying. At night I used to see things like voluntarily going deeper into an ocean(the deeper I went the darker it used to get but I would get a auto suggestion that this act can make me feel better), cutting my chest, bringing my brain out from skull etc. I didn’t consciously imagine those. They weren’t nightmares. They were some sort of clip that used to play in my mind automatically. Some sort of suggestive thoughts which weren’t conscious. & it felt like those are guiding me, suggesting me. I felt like everything would be so much better if I die. I fantasized about being terminally ill. I did cut my hand, to see the flow of blood. Now, if this wasn’t true depression I don’t know what is🤷♀ See the thing is, depression is not something alien. It can be fatal but it’s not fatal at its nature. & this fatality made it kind of the celebrity of diseases. It's not something new. It’s not like only few people experience it. Every living human have experienced depression. Maybe everyone didn’t die of it. Depression causes from simple things like shame, regret, grieve, fear & also from excessive anxiety, & unmanageable stress. These things aren’t unfamiliar, are they? But these common issues can lead someone to the path of depression. But, there's a key ingredient which is SECRECY. Any person struggling with shame, regret, grieve, fear or stress is prone to depression. But what makes it obvious is SECRECY. If the struggling person is kind of introvertish or doesn’t open up with his peers, if his ego doesn't let him express his sufferings or simply if he doesn’t have any genuine people to talk with he's going to get depressed. Secrecy makes one self obsessive. There comes a point when your thoughts own you. Believe me when I say when depression filters your thoughts & those thought own you- you're in trouble. That's what happen with the most cases. Depression makes one so self obsessed that at some point their brain don’t even function other peoples sayings, opinions, suggestions about his condition. Depression makes one believe that "It can't be improved. I can not overcome it." This firm Belief is caused by depression & it also fuels it.
@faizulazim29064 жыл бұрын
@@hamrunizspar1 So, as I was saying, depression can be cured & indeed it is possible through spiritual acts. Often medical help doesn’t seem to help a depressed person. I mean anti depressants just block your feelings & gives you an artificial joy for sometimes. There’s not much to be done except prescribing anti depressants. Other things doesn’t seem to work. Have you wondered why? 'Cause depression is a state where you lock your feelings, sufferings in you. When you don’t do anything about these, when you don’t get rid of them they start to amplify. These wastes start to show toxicity. & you start to get affected. When you ignore these signs, when you don’t consciously think about it, when you don't take attempts to manage them they start to take over you. Your subconscious thoughts own you. Then you get so affected that you start to consciously have destructive thoughts. Your mind blocks any positive thing & it absorbs only selective matters. That is why in order to get rid of depression you first need to be aware, be conscious. You need to acknowledge the fact that you're struggling & this is a state of your mismanagement to your struggles & pain. You need to open up. You need to cut the crap wire, break the loop. Silence & secrecy is fatal. You need to abandon them & express everything you feel to someone who genuinely cares about you. Then, everything becomes a lot easier to tackle. But, chances are at night or whenever you're alone, you're by yourself those terrors might attack again, this time more strongly. You'll feel so helpless then. So, the only escape is seeking help from something higher, something magnificent, something above all your pain & struggles. Putting faith in that thing. You talked about prayer which is more of a physical thing. But, mental wiring comes first. You’re right. Just prayer can't change anything. But, when you have knowledge about who are you praying to, when you're certain about your lord, your creator THEN prayer is a very powerful tool. In other words, faith comes a first (Forget about spiritual faith for a second. All kinds of beliefs have a significant impact. For instance, believing in yourself). Then prayer & du'a. & you could only imagine how powerful a du'a of a believer can be.
