when you draw like this, do you remote the lineart??

Ah sorry, what do you mean by remoting the lineart? ^^; I just merge all layers after the shading is done and then paint over the lineart, if that's what you meant :)

Haha it's ok! no I don't remove it, I just paint the details over it. You can see it here on 1:55 (left) and around 2:05 (right) Hope it helped! :3

well I do it on separate layers first, and then copy all of them (in case I make a mistake), combine the copies and paint in one layer
