Some PT Tools aren't bad and some are not so great. The ICON extension set doesn't look too bad. The condoms on the end are probably there so that the detent balls don't go flying during shipping.

I’ve got some Performance Tool that are actually Ok. The safe & Plastic toolbox makes sense, but I can’t go with the ICON brother. MAC & Snap-on only way to go.
