I was wondering how come Ford didnt allow you to use The Bronco badge on your restored cars but Porsche allows Singer to use its brand on their cars ?

Your not buying a “restored Bronco”. Your buying an exclusive brand ICON or TLC. Sure it’s based on a LC or Bronco body but is ground up rebuilt.

@@harryballzack -- I realise that an Icon Bronco is a far superior build to just a "restored" Bronco, but what I'm saying is; not many people-- myself included--are going to be able justify the huge difference in price for not alot of difference in outward appearance or function. I'll admit, I love the old Bronco's and Blazer's (my dad had a brand new '81 k5 when I was a kid), but I'm not an off-road enthusiast. My my interests lie firmly in sport/performance cars, and I have trouble seeing the value in a $200k truck build, when you could buy a new Aston Martin, or even Ferrari for roughly the same price! That's a LOT of money!! Put it this way, you could have the $70k "restored" Bronco (which would be a very nice Bronco) and a new 2018 Porsche 911 Turbo for $200k... That should put it in perspective for most car guys.
