Nice video once again! It would be great to see a video about the building process from start to finish, I wouldn't even care which car it would be. Now that I think about it, a one off derelict would awesome!

ICON is 184(!) deep on the FJs, and the builds get tighter, sharper, better and better every time. You haven’t given in to “close enough” and gone slack. These are gorgeous machines made with attention, intention, and care. That’s a Beautiful Thing. ✊🏽

Never get tired of hearing you run through a build! Always quality stuff 🤙🏼🤙🏼 Would love to see more details on your suspension set up you use and why. I’m sure you’ve gone through several different styles before landing on the 3 link up front? Thanks

Another beautiful truck. Stunning location as well. Every time I see one of your chassis I think of Duesenberg and wonder if you have ever considered just marketing a rolling chassis for coachwork builds? Your completed chassis are, in my opinion, as much art as function. Which I'm sure was the intent but stirs my heart a bit every time regardless.

How about a completely different FJ restomod, a 1955 Holden FJ Ute ? From 'Straya, mate.

Beautiful as always! I know you always hate on the ARB compressor. Were you using the single or the twin? The twin has no problems inflating 35-37" tires.

So what’s original Toyota on these vehicles, just chassis and body?
@billy16737 ай бұрын
Basically just the shape. They build everything else brand new.
@CA111007 ай бұрын
as far as I can tell maybe the hood. the chassis is new, body is new, drivetrain is new, etc.

Are the lock-boxes under the jump seats standard Tuffy products or Icon made? Thanks!

Designed by us and made for us by Tuffy

This car in the old school scheme sits in my dream garage. But i would prefer the old Toyota straight 6 turbo diesel engine with a pump, I think the gm v8 seems to much.

Manual gearboxes are far superior. Gear to gear means more hp, less weight, very rarely needs rebuilding, and rarely needs to be cooled. No centrifugal force fluid tranny can feel like a gear to gear experience.

So how much is left from the original FJ? seems like you wouldn't need a donor vehicle for each build lol
