I am always blown away by how much you eat. It doesn’t appear to disagree with you based on your weight. Possibly you are lucky with a very rapid metabolism. When I was younger, I was extremely fit. I stopped smoking when I was 35. After that, I gained weight. I now weigh 70 pounds more than I did when I was young person. I have gone on a diet and lost about 2025 pounds. However, at 81 my appetite is significantly less. If I order and one entrée from a Chinese restaurant and rice. I can eat that over two mealsin your case
