When are you coming to Tokyo? If it's not late autumn-winter time, it's too hot for leather... 80s vintage thrift stores are also great here, though not quite so cheap; go to Koenji or Shimokitazawa (areas with lots of vintage stores)

Oooh, Beacon’s Closet is the best, I find. One in Greenpoint is the biggest. I know some people have success with the LIC Goodwill bins, but I don’t think I have that strength in me.
