I was able to "successfully" do the Cloud Backup and Activation. The moment I tried to do a cloud burning and I select the previously backed up .bin, I get the error: "Cloud dot matrix data empty (0kb)" Has anyone ran into this issue? Using Windows 11 and I have the JCID Tag On

Burn data interruption 1. Please check if the cable is off 2. Please check if the IC programming pin is soldered. Did someone has such issue?
