Hello there! SB19 is our PPop Kings! They were the pioneers here in the Phils. Pablo is their leader and the composer of all of their songs. He is also the main rapper, lead vocals and lead dancer. Stell is the main choreographer, main vocals and lead dancer Ken is the main dancer and lead vocals Josh is the lead rapper, lead vocals and lead dancer Justin is the Creative Director of their MVs, lead vocals and lead dancer. He is also the youngest although Ken is just a few months older. You should hear them sing their ballads like Tilaluha, Hanggang sa Huli, Nyebe, Mapa and the 2 from their latest EP, Ilaw and Liham.

Finally!!!!! I hope you check out their 2 English songs, WYAT (Where You AT) a disco track and I WANT YOU an R&B song and see how diverse and talented these 5 fine young lads are. Justin is the youngest and we call him our "bunso" or the baby in the group. Although he's the youngest, he is a chameleon and can shift to different moods depending on which roles he needs to portray. Also, I hope you can check their ballad and live performances. They are monster live performers. Currently, they just finished their Dallas concert and their off to California to perform in SanFran and LA. Then next stops are NYC and DC before they hit Canada.

here are the filipino references that was said and shown : - at the beginning the ingredients of the dish that pablo was cooking is used to make nilaga which is a filipino dish and we have a saying "pag may tyaga , may nilaga" which basically means , hardwork pays . - in stell's shower scene, he mentioned "sour" and that's what we call for people who haven't showered or someone who's sweaty, it talks about someone's odor so stell was saying that the haters are more sour or stinks more no matter how sweaty they get - darna is a filipino superhero that needs to swallow a rock to transform so josh meant that he doesn't need anything special in order for him to reach his full potential unlike darna - there's also a lyric where it said " i am my own mechanic, there's no need for moniko" it's a reference from a famous tagalog tongue twister where it talks about how moniko is a mechanic so what josh said is that he doesn't need moniko to fix him -and then there's a part where their eyebrows disappear and if you looked at the lyrics they meant "burned eyebrows" which means study hard. it's a saying that means studying hard cause back in the day where there were no electricity lights, filipinos used fire for light like candles and lamps so it's an exaggeration that when you study a lot, you'll burn your eyebrows eventually and here in the song they meant that the haters would learn their lessons -then there was a scene with the dog. they were referring to our slang word "dog show" which means making fun of someone or making a fool out of someone so since they were talking about haters, you get the point -last scene with the aliens, it's supposed to refer to the people who don't know them yet or in the process of knowing them - GENTO is a shortened as well as slang word for ganito. filipinos shortened it to gan'to and sb19 slanged it into gento which means like this. it could also sound like ginto which means gold the song and mv is full of filipino wit so it would be nice for you all to understand and get it as well 😊

Congratulations on finding SB19 💙🇵🇭. Their first song was produced by a Korean Agency out of the Philippines. They now have created their own Entertainment Company called IZ. Their earlier works were produced by their Korean firm, although Pablo wrote the lyrics and, if I recall correctly, co-produced some of them. But, based on their song What, I believe Pablo and his group has more influence over their releases, and now with their Pagtatag Ep, they have complete control over their releases because they are now self-managed.
