"a lot of these things are subjective" Except Truth isn't subjective. You don't have your "truth" and another person has their "truth"... there is only THE Truth, and that's the focus. To know what Truth really is. I love her questions.

I love how Mr. Thomas keeps his cool in spite of the rudeness of the lady at the beginning. Touché!

I love the way he defends his argument for the validity of the Bible.

There is only one truth! The gospel of Jesus Christ. Either a person believes or they do not. We simply present the truth. That's our job. Not to make people believe. Only to give them the choice whether to believe or not. Good job ICR.

One major thing people who question Bible transcribers is, for making mistakes you were stoned to death and went to eternal punishment. If you love God enough to be a transcriber, you did your very best for love of Him. For that matter, aside from the Americas, only Hebrews demanded all children learn to read and write.

2:30 "and it's the same" Which texts are the same? Masoretic vs. Dead Sea scrolls? Aren't there a few subtle but important distinctions? There are two especially important versions of the Old Testament: Septuagint, which is Greek translation dated 3rd century BC, and more recent Masoretic text, dated 9th century AD, written mostly in Aramaic and partly Hebrew. From what I know - and I know it rather superficially - there are differences, possibly intentional, regarding prophecies about Christ, details regarding Cainites; and, of particular importance in the context of young Earth - ages of patriarchs when they bore their sons, which accounts for another couple of thousand years of recorded genealogy; and Dead Sea scrolls (contemporary to Septuagint, written mostly in Hebrew and partly Aramaic) closer conform to Septuagint than Masoreteic text from what I was told.

You are better off telling the whole room the gospel first (1 cor 15) otherwise you end up arguing against flesh and flood and wasting everyones time. Most people don't care after hearing it and dont care about debating the origins of life, and if someone does believe it they want to hear more of the Nt not the OT.
