​@@raccovonyeah cold noodles gives a refreshing feeling when eating during hot summer, kind of like how you'd use a popsicle, but savory. (You wanna eat something filling but also cools you down, also hydrating.) There's a Japanese cold noodle that involves adding sudachi (kinda like lime) slices in the cold broth and it's very light and delicious, I recommend trying it out when it's hot outside. (Can sub with lemon and lime) If I don't have ice I make the broth ahead and store in fridge.

There is a thing called seaons, different places experience them at different times. Some places celebrate christmas(which obv happens in december) in 40°C heat, whilst they have snow during months such as august.
