I haven't watched this channel in almost 2 to 3 years. I remembered when Hydrox and Ditto died, and the kittens or new cats were in quarantine. Now I am back !!!! Now there are so many cat names I need to learn. I rememebered when Bella and her kittens and Boo got in the house.

A neighborhood cat was banned from her house for 8 months for pooping on the carpet, and not fed regularly. The owner put a DO NOT FEED tag on him, then got mad because the neighbors were feeding him when he withheld his food. Then got very upset when the neighbors tried to put blankets out for him during the cold rainy nights. Now he has turned psycho and has him quarantined in the house, won't let anyone see him, and we're not convinced he's not being fed. I requested a well check from the police to make sure he is being fed, but no response from the police. The cat also has had an infected eye and horrible flees for 8 months. The neighbors were trying to help treat him, but now no one is allowed to see him at all. Any advice? I'm very concerned for this cat.

Our neighbor's cat is very skittish about loud noise. It could be anything from the landscaping to a loud person. I feel so bad for her.
