Love this. Id Purpose is my favorite Fire Emblem theme, if not my favorite video game theme of all time. Just really makes me remember and think back to the whole story and all the characters.

@@casagrande__2526 honestly, you don’t need as much programming knowledge as one might think. FEBuilderGBA is an incredible application that simplifies ROM hacking to the point where practically anybody could do it. Remaking an entire game, especially one as ambitious as Awakening, wouldn’t be easy, and you’d need a boatload of musical and artistic talent in addition to being really good with the app, but it could be done...

Hey, I'll come back in a few months when I have a demo made. Currently a project I'm obsessed with trying to get working Update: Project has been postponed due to a lack of experience. I will be working on a Pokemon project in the meantime to learn a bit more about GBA hacking

Hey, could I please use this in my rom hack? I've been looking everywhere for a half decent midi of this song, but to my surprise, none exist. Awakening is one of the most popular entries though? Anyway, I would greatly appreciate it. As the one thing I fall flat on is music composition and anything to do with it

Kinda late but.. How'd you place the midi file into the rom? I tried but it said it exceeds 16 tracks, I used the midi file from link you've provided.

I had to delete the less impactful tracks. Note that any completely empty tracks get ignored automatically and don't need to be deleted
