Slight update, he was put on trial this past summer and was acquited of the first degree murder charge but found guilty of second degree. The jury asked the judge to grant leniency. He was sentenced to 10 years with possibility of parole in 4. The heartless prosecutor was going for 45 years on the second degree charge and life on the first degree claiming the son had premeditated the murder. The man who he killed, the killer of the mother was well known to local law enforcement and the DA but they kept letting him go free.

Sometimes it's super hard to control your anger. Even the people who works in the judiciary can't able to control their emotions in such situations. Law system should needs to be in touch with reality. It needs to be flexible enough to understand people's compulsion. I mean as long as someone proves it's innocence it's fine. If a person proves that he takes someone's life for a reason it should be justified. Atleast punishment given must be lenient like a period of anger management, community service or some amount of fine..

The idea that the people who are the loved ones of those who get killed by awful people don't have a right to enact revenge and shouldn't be allowed to be let off the hook depending on the situation is very f****** stupid. If they killed the wrong person lock them up if they do it in a sick and sadistic and Savage way lock them up. But if someone kills your family member you should absolutely be allowed to enact revenge the fact that we don't allow our citizens to do so is based on some sort of stupid Christian morality. There are plenty of countries that are based in other religions that allow this type of behavior because it's seen as justified and right. They still go through a court process and try to make sure the person got the right person didn't go too far but at the same time they allow this to happen as long as the person was in the right. it's the same thing as saying that we shouldn't execute pedophiles at what point are we becoming a moral when we don't allow the most immoral in our society of the most evil in our society to be disposed of without prejudice? I'd say it's more evil to fight for the rights of someone who's done the most heinous crimes in the world versus killing that person and getting rid of them off the planet. If you think otherwise I want you to really deeply think about that and think about how many more people you're allowing to be victimized by letting these people live. They didn't want to see us go through what they had just gone through, so they specifically listed the rights we are all born with. Sorry for the spammed comment, but sadly far too many people do not know they have this right, and the courts aren't going to tell you about it. If you killed someone cruely and for no reason or for a immoral reason then you should be killed yourself and not after 20 years in jail and then given the Death Penalty. If you are given Death Penalty it should be done within 2 years.. and if you are given Life in Prison you should not be given 3 meals a day, hot bath, sitting around playing cards and watching TV with other scumbags.. Starting? Lol This has been going on since the beginning of time. You’re just realizing it more. Crime is lower than it was 20 years ago but you just feel like it’s getting worse because you have a cell phone and you get info really quick. Also you’re older now. So the illusion of the world being full of rainbows and puppies is gone. You just see what the world really is now. So people starting to take a action now is just hilarious because people have always done that.
@aflame69 Жыл бұрын
Yeah there are these things called rights, so the police don’t really have the authority to arrest you before you commit a crime. For example they wouldn’t really be able to arrest you because they think you’ll rob a liquor store, even though there is conspiracy charges. Those charges are really hard to convict, as to have a crime you need a criminal and a victim.

@@DennisBonich if it’s a new covenant he never needed to come and die for the old one that was broken. Remember when Jesus said he only came for the lost sheep of Israel? They were under a death sentence because they broke their oath at Siani and God was going to kill them all. This was when the sacrifices were instituted until it could be resolved. The only way to resolve it was with a death sentence. Jesus who was without sin paid that death sentence. He tells us when he says that there is no greater gift than a man who lays down his life for his friends. He renewed the covenant in his blood. Isaiah 56 tells us the covenant has always been available for any who would take hold of it. Acts 15:20-21 commands that gentiles not only refrain from fornication and blood but to learn the law of Moses that is taught every sabbath in the synagogue. Doesn’t sound like a new covenant at this time. In the future there will be a new covenant but the attributes described in the new covenant haven’t occurred yet. His law is obviously not written in your heart if you don’t follow the commandments. Has the wolf laid down with the lamb? Is there no longer sickness or disease? These attributes are of a future time. A time where Paul describes you as incorruptible.

We should all know that jurors in the United States have the power of Jury Nullification. It is one of the means our Founding fathers gave us to fight the Government they knew would become tyrannical. They didn't want to see us go through what they had just gone through, so they specifically listed the rights we are all born with. Sorry for the spammed comment, but sadly far too many people do not know they have this right, and the courts aren't going to tell you about it. A man was once arrested for handing out Jury Nullification flyers in front of a Court House, and if you ever want to get out of jury duty just mention your knowledge of Jury nullification. You will be home before Breakfast.

@@hanabal898 The US judicial system follows the line of The Enlightenment. It grew directly from the UK/ France and traces back to Justinian. That framework is all New Testament. Even if we were to ignore the fact that the settlers were Protestant we can at the very least say that all criminals are due process. Justice and vengeance are very different concepts in English English and in American. Even in the most backwards of states where execution is still practised an execution is not considered just until guilt has been proven. We used to misuse mob justice in the UK a few hundred years ago. It was a horrific system that ended up forcing more power into the hands of the ruling class.
