It takes a lot of training before we go down into these sort of caves. It certainly requires you to be happy it tight places though.

No need for anything fancier. I've tried other fins and honestly just end up back with the standard fins. Rubber bungy straps about the only thing that's got better in past 20 years.

what happens if you're thirsty

I can't say I've ever got that thirsty but its fresh water cave so you could just drink it. I always have water with me for between dives. Water temp is only around 15 degrees all year so not much sweating apart from climbing in and out.
