Ideal, logics flue gas manifold leaking as you can tell from the residue. it was not from the sump. Replaced flue manifold, flue gas analysis for co and co2.

How much do you charge to replace the flue manifold for the same ideal boiler including parts? I live in Aylesbury.

Have the same issue. Boiler is getting flooded with water and then drips out of it.

Theres a crack on the lower sump behind the teap door. You can clearly see it. The sump will need changing

I used Silicone grease, not silicone 😉 but LSX is ok sometimes, not usually good inside a boiler though
