Thankyou for posting this - i definitely tick a lot of the boxes you mentioned. Any suggestion for an alternative for exercise 1 as I have nothing overhead to attach a band to. Could a hand weight be used?

What if your mid and upper back is stuck in hyper-extension? Also need lower energy exercises can do that in bed as have ME/cfs.
