I used to have the room all white and the lights looked brighter when reflecting off the walls. However, they still show well on the dark walls. I haven't really noticed a difference with the spaciousness of the room, two of the walls are still white.

Subscribed and liked the video. Your set up is so eerily close to mine. I've got a question though. Does the BenQ light bar assist during zoom/teams video calls? I've got a desk lamp, but that's taking up some space and I'm thinking of what to replace it with.

Thank you! I haven't done a ton of video calls on this setup. On the few that I have done I will say it helps a little bit but the light mainly shines straight down on your desk. So if your goal is to shine some light on you during a video call there are better options available for that.

Nice setup!!! For the wood panels, did you screw directly into drywall or did you use drywall anchors as well?

Thanks! Didn't use any drywall anchors, just screwed directly into the wall. I did screw into the studs on the lower part and upper part of the of the panels for a better hold.
